This policy describes how Kenji Fukuda, doing business as Quiet Forge ("we," "us"), collects and uses information when you use this website or request our services.
What We Collect
- Information you provide: name, email address, and the project details you submit through our quote request or contact forms.
- Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number — only a reference to your Stripe checkout session and its payment status.
- Basic technical logs: standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) kept for security and troubleshooting purposes.
How We Use It
- To prepare quotes, build and deliver your project, and communicate with you about it.
- To process payments and issue receipts.
- To respond to support requests during and after your project's support window.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Who We Share It With
We share information only with the service providers needed to run your project and this business:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Anthropic (Claude Code) — the AI development pipeline that builds and reviews your project may process the project details and any content or data you provide for it.
- Our email provider — to send quote confirmations, receipts, and project communications.
We do not share your information for these providers' own marketing purposes, and we require they use it only to provide the service to us.
Data Retention
We keep project and payment records for as long as needed to deliver your project, support it during the post-delivery window, and meet our own tax and bookkeeping obligations. You may request deletion of your information once these obligations no longer apply — see "Your Rights" below.
Cookies & Tracking
This site does not currently use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. Any cookies in use are limited to what's required for the site to function (for example, keeping you logged into your session while filling out a form).
Your Rights (California Residents)
You may request to know what personal information we hold about you, request its deletion, or ask a question about how it's used, by emailing support@quiet-forge.net. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, so there is no sale/share to opt out of.

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
