Cascadia Mobile Bike Repair started the way a lot of small service businesses do: with a problem the owner kept running into personally. Every shop in town had a one-to-two week backlog for anything beyond a flat tire, and dropping a bike off meant losing your only way to get around for days.

So the shop came to the bike instead. A fully stocked van, flat-rate pricing so there's no surprise invoice, and a booking flow that doesn't require phone tag during business hours.

Before this site existed, booking happened entirely over text message and a paper notebook — which meant double-booked afternoons and the occasional lost request. That's the actual problem this deliverable solves: a simple public site with clear pricing, plus a lightweight lead list (see the contact form) so nothing falls through the cracks.

Service area

Bellingham city limits, Fairhaven, and the Lake Whatcom loop. Outside that range? Ask — a small travel fee usually covers it.
